Since you have Sparky, Doc. Oc., Sentinel, Mysterio all awakened, a Tech one for Starlord makes perfect sense. Your only other candidate could be IMIW but it does not make such a dramatic difference on him (he is a utility king even without it). So, definitely yes.

But a Generic one, certainly not. There are others that could make much more difference in your roster awakened.

Even a tech gem I wouldn't use on Starlord honestly. There are so many better champs than him these days, he's barely god tier at this point. I've been waiting 2.5 years to awaken mine but now I don't even care much if I awaken him. Lots of better rank ups.
