**WE ARE NO LONGER Temporarily Reverting Tier 1 War Ban System**

After further discussion, the game team has made the decision not make adjustements to the ban system.
The previously proposed fix would have resolved the issue for Summoners who are on the cusp of T1/T2 play, and negatively impacted Alliances more securely in T1. Instead, we recommend that cusp Alliances switch to Manual Placement to your members to place the allotted 5 Ban Champions limit there.

    For sure one of the worst things in abyss and straight up money grab.Theres no point for it except to end the fight.

    Only thing worse then hitting that 240 hit cap then death is if you were playing the game and every time you hit the 240 hit threshold @Kabam Miike personally walks in you’re house grabs you’re phone closes the game and flips you off.

    Brand V says when the Defender blocks, not when the attacker blocks (or parry’s ). So parry’s won’t use up charges. However, hitting into THEIR block will use up charges, so if you hit their block to build up their power, you will drastically reduce the amount of damage you can do before unblockable /unstoppable.
    At least that’s the way I would interpret it.

    1. what if we claimed a chest but didnt kill the boss, just restarted..will it be respawned or we have to kill the boss or chest is lost forever
    2. Will there be any kind of Limber or Stun immune?
    3. Any defenders with unavoidable damage like korg, electro etc?
    4. And champion with mechanic like 6.2.6 champion?

    Limber is a huge question. AA might be the best here is there is no limber.

    Doesn’t seem to have limber but I’d imagine a blocked hit from the defender is pretty devastating.

    hmmmm, this seems weird...as a player that has every piece of content 100% done at the moment so I consider myself as "endgame" player...however I still can't see any way how I'm prepared for a content like this...so the question is..what's the point of releasing a content that nobody should be able to do now ? why not releasing it when at least some players are prepared ? not just an wallet unitsman players ?

    Same. 100% everything in the game and have 29 r5/r2 champs but don't see much to get around the hit cap. I guess I'm not endgame enough??

    I believe there should be alternatives but before we overspeculate, let’s wait for it to release and we can get a better picture to assess it.

    It'll be very interesting to compare these rewards to Act 6 final rewards. The Abyss completion rewards feel similar to things that'll be in Act 6 (6* AG crystal, t5cc crystal). I fear that the balance between the Act 6 and Abyss rewards will be way off in comparison to difficulty and cost.

    Basically like you get more rewards in a day doing Variant 3 or 4 then completing all of Act 6.2 or 6.3 for a fraction of the cost and time invested.

    I hate to always be the guy to criticize Kabam but if this content may take 3 to 4 years to beat like Kabam Mike has claimed this rewards are terrible and severely out dated. We should have an opportunity at r4 6 stars with the amount of hype that has been placed on this difficulty.

    Yeah there is a big disconnect with this content being intended for the future. I for one only completed lab and since I have been able to explore it, don’t see the value in the rewards. Same will happen with this

    I have to say, I do respect the integrity of the challenge. Even though there are aspects that disappoint me, it looks really hard. Kabam’s general idea for this content is perfect. A lot of players now think that once content is released they can do initial and 100% in a matter of days. This is evident with Act 6. Abyss is here to tackle that disillusion, and I support it. Yes, it’s hard. Yes, you will have to rank up champions much higher. And no, most of you (us) will not complete this content anytime soon. A true new Everest if what I am reading plays out well.

    What about the rewards though? The rewards will be normal by the end of this year. The average end game alliance will have 3 to 5 r3 6 stars without even touching this content. For the amount of difficulty involved I believe anything short of a r4 champion reward is underwhelming for exploration.

    Only problem with that is, we just now can r3 a 6* and that's only if your in a top alliance essentially. Or spend cold hard cash. If we can r4 by the end of the year that means 2 things. 1. This quest will be outdated since theres no t3a or t6b. 2. The developers must be working on what comes next after 6* because the same thing happened with 4 and 5*.

    One thing I’ve realized: why would you create champions like Proxima Midnight (released in 2017 btw) and Sunspot, when they can’t really reach their full potential (in terms of damage output) because of these damage caps in LoL and now AOL? While I understand you don’t want players to wreck through the content, I don’t understand why you’d release these champions if we can’t reach their peak damage?

    I’m sorry but this is what they are aiming for. That’s the intent. There is no skill cap available in this game given the level of players we have. At least I can’t think of something skill based where the top players won’t be able to do it rather quickly. Of course I could be wrong here but even then (without the hit cap and with another skill-challenge) all you need is a little bad luck for that 1% evade and you’ll still die.

    Trust me. I don’t like it. I’d rather have it with the skill-challenge. But as I saw lol and now this, I don’t think this content is meant for that.
    I gotta disagree with this sentiment. The locked camera and rewards are just unreasonable. Its going to be a revive dump anyways so at least make it less painful by making the rewards something that will last for a couple years at least.

    Surprised I haven’t seen anyone mention AA yet. Considering there’s no limber in this one, he could be a prime option for fights that aren’t bleed or poison immune.

    Assuming he doesn’t die to block damage after a couple parry
