Alliance > Kick / Ban player > Reason

Hello Summoners, in this discussion I'd like to share my opinion about what could be added to alliances ; (today I'm not going to speak about my previous topic ) I also used symbols to simplify devision ;

1️⃣The main thing about alliances is that officers and higher can't tell why they have kicked the player.
And this player might be disappointed, and feel like 'for what I was kicked, I was just playing and...'
- Yes, we might write him a letter and tell "We decided to kick you because..." but not all players add you to friend-list
- And the second is, that we may just send them a message in another application like Line . So, not everyone uses it, and if we have alliances in game and kick player in game, why don't we send them the message in game as well ? I mean, there is no need to download a lot of useless things, and just add this feature
• The first thing is: adding kick message, where an officer or higher can write a reason of kick;

2️⃣ The second thing is 'ban-list' I know, a lot of players have seen it, you are kicking a member from an alliance and some minutes later he appears again.
And yes - we might just close an alliance, but if it is opened our chanses, that new members join us are higher.
If we added a player in this list, and he tries to join us - he will find a screen with 'You have been banned in this alliance'

I wish you find this topic interesting, would be glad to read your opinion, @MarkWard
Would be also happy if find comment from @Terra , @Lvernon15 , @Judge_Pain ;
Thanks for reading.

    Really interesting ideas.
    I've been put through a similar scenario myself (some time ago mind you) without explanation so things like this would be a nice thing to soothe the burn of a out of the blue kick. I'm certain others in similar circumstances would appreciate a "why" answered aswell.
    Being able to ban/unban someone from joining your Ally I think needs to be like a vote from officer/leader to decide to do so or not. I can see some good use out of a mechanic like this however.
    So many QoL changes this game could have, and this is a good feature if its ever added

    Cool ideas. I think those would be really nice. In my opinion, kicked players already know why they were kicked, just like banned players know what they are banned for. For example, I was kicked from an alliance in July 2019. Earlier, I had accidentally taken a claimed path in aq map 3, and an officer was telling me off. Later that day, I was kicked, and I had a pretty good idea why. Also, if someone is kicked, they have to request to join, even if the alliance is open. It is written in the bottom of the screen in small red text, and I don’t think it ever disappears, no matter how long it has been since you were kicked. Another QoL change I can think of is add a bot for inactivity kicks. An example would be you set an period of time needed for inactive players to be kicked. Something like 3 days inactive, and you are auto kicked.

    3 days is way too short. At least 1 month then autokick makes more sense.

    Thanks for your opinion !!!
    Wanted to add, after reading some posts, the main disadvantage of autokick @Edeuink told about is that some Summoners surely might have a rest, or being on holiday, I mean, autokick is going to kill alliances.
    Even if doing it like one month like @Championcritic said, we all are humans and need a rest, or other life problems, so - autokick is not something we really want.

    If going further, we may just add something like 'alliance automatisation', and create a kind of alliance page with options here (this forum), and change some options like ' autokick if > n-days ', 'accept player if level = n' and so on.
    The problem is in resourses, and how it is going to work in game itself.

    • We can't do something super good, without issues, and doing good for one Summoner we do bad for another one.
    Automatisation is good for Leaders and officers, and surely simplify the game itself, I mean, it is possible even do a white-list for battle group in AW, like : John ✔, Tim ✔, Joe Fixit ❌ - but it is a headache of a developer (coder), and devours really a lot of memory/resourses.

    And the thing is, that we may have even more bugs and issues than we have now (too many reasons why we may)
    it should be always like 50/50 chance, maybe yes maybe no.
    So, if administrators decide to apply 'automatisation' surely there might be as many useful features as possible.

    Confused as to why my comment is so valued....

    Only really see value in ban-list and that is only to prevent notifications that someone requested to join ally. Haven't been in an open ally in 2+ years.

    If someone is being kicked, at that point, i'm too frustrated with them to care that they may be disappointed.
