What am I missing about Iceman's initial coldsnap damage?

I've noticed this many times before but never took the time to dissect the numbers. I was doing a d7 run and came upon an iceman (nodes were indestructible under 15 and regen/armor lock to start for me). The Iceman's profile stated it would do 3972.28 energy damage over 12 seconds to start the fight. I went into with a full health r2 6* domino (health is 34,268). I initiated 2 parries and took no other hits prior to the coldsnap running out - at the end of the coldsnap I was down to 48% health (16,448.64) which means that the initial coldsnap and 2 parries caused 52% damage (17,819.36). I thought maybe there's a unknown global thing in dungeons that increases base attack (like 200% or 300% attack you see sometimes) but even that doesn't make sense because this calculates out to a 348.6% increase. What am I missing here?

    The iso infused nodes (+300% something health and attack) are additive as far as I know.
    Which means,
    Base coldsnap damage : 3972.88
    +300% ISO infused => 3972.88 + 3×3972.88 = 15891.52 coldsnap damage.

    Which makes each of the two parries deal just over 900 damage. I could be wrong tho

    It’s affected by any form of attack increase nodes, this is the issue with flat values, if it just said 100% of attack it’s be so much clearer and easier to understand

    Are there hidden or general (global) nodes that I am unaware of in dungeons?

    Yeah, now that you say that, I looked back at the screenshot I took and I do see the little globe next to the purple node indicator. Thanks for the input. Next time I'll just bring someone to bypass the coldsnap.

    The sig ability text is not updated with the nodes, and the damage number is basically a placeholder of a % of iceman's attack. So as the attack goes up with nodes, the actual damage from sig ability increases as well
