His medium hit could be a speed attack and his big hit. They should give him a lot of evade. Also I don't know much about Franklin Richards but he seems like a cool character. X men Origins deadpool would be a cool character as well.

    Can you completely redesign the goddess of the weather Storm? She belongs to because mutants of the Omega class her powers and abilities are unlimited

    Atmokinesis: Storm can manipulate the weather through willpower. She mostly uses this ability to create hurricanes and lightning and to fly by letting air currents carry her. Sometimes it happens that through strong emotions she changes the weather without wanting to.

    Enhanced Senses: When Storm's eyes turn white, she can see her surroundings in the form of energy. She uses this ability to see through harsh weather conditions such as fog, darkness or clouds. She can also see the neuro-electrical networks in living organisms and use them to fight or anticipate their attackers, but super-speed opponents like Callisto prove to be more sophisticated.

    Miss your time shock / electrical damage on time, that your base attacks make energy shock damage and the opponent suffers from it at the same time is paralyzed, for this all your sk attacks should distribute energy shock damage,


    They should have limited immunity to extreme cold and heat storms too.



    Teleportation: Storm is able to teleport in the form of lightning, as in the X-Men Apocalypse.

    Upon Evading, Iron Legionnaire will shove his thrusters in the opponents face, Incinerating them for 6 seconds dealing X Damage and reducing Perfect Block Chance and Block Proficiency by 50%.
    Refresh all Armor Break and Incinerate Debuffs. This Evade has a 12 second cooldown and can trigger on Well-Timed Blocks.

    4th Light Attack, Critical hits, Heavy Attacks
    Iron Legionnaire's 4th Light Attack does not make contact, gives no Power, and Shocks the opponent dealing X Damage over 12 seconds.

    Critical Hits have 45% to apply Shock. Critical Hits pause Shocks for 0.5 seconds.

    Heavy Attack does not make contact, gives 35% less Power, and overloads the Shocks, dealing X Energy Damage per Shock and consuming them. Shocks are replaced with Armor Break Debuffs reducing Armor Rating by X for 15 seconds.

    Ability to create portals that lead to an alternate dimension and instantly cross short distances

    Using his space warps, the Spot can instantly move himself or any part of his body from one area to another over a theoretically unlimited distance via another dimension nicknamed "Spotworld." This connection with Spotworld probably explains the many deaths he has suffered and subsequent revivals with no explanation.

    The Spot can control and manipulate the warps to almost any degree he wishes. He can expand or shrink them to any size, or he can join together multiple spots to form one larger warp. The spots are unaffected by gravity and can be placed against a surface or left suspended in mid-air. He can also designate which spots will lead to the spot dimension from those that will instantly lead to another location in this dimension. He can create new spots, or close them entirely by retreating into his dimension and pulling the warp in behind him (making a quiet "poit" sound).

    By concentrating, he used to be able to revert to his human appearance. When doing this, the spots merged to form one large black void in his chest, though this was easily covered with a shirt.

    His preferred method of attack is to surround his opponent with numerous spots, allowing him to punch or kick them from unexpected angles across great distances. This proved very effective against Spider-Man as his spider-sense was unable to detect incoming attacks from another dimension, effectively negating this ability (and although the Spot's lack of super-strength meant that his punches did not actually do much damage even when they did connect, the cumulative effect could prove dangerous in an extended fight). The same phenomenon was true when Spot flung Spider-Man through a warp and he reappeared in this dimension too close to a wall to dodge. However, on Daredevil, who also has superhuman senses, this trick does not work, as his Radar Sense could easily detect the teleportation energy in the Spot's body, making it simple for him to tell where the Spot was going to attack from.The Spot can also move the spots on his body to protect himself from physical attack by positioning one in the path of a punch or kick, causing the attack to pass harmlessly through a warp.

    He can influence many individuals telepathically but typically chooses only one host to occupy with his disembodied spirit. This host body effectively becomes the Shadow King's own.[43] The Shadow King can somehow physically repair damage to the host. Although taking a host gives him more power on the physical plane, it also makes him vulnerable.[44] Killing the Shadow King's host can disperse his astral essence, and it may take months or even years for him to manifest his astral form again.

    Physics professor James Kakalios has attempted to use quantum mechanics to explain Kitty Pryde's "phasing" power. He has described it as an ability to control her own "macroscopic quantum wave function, increasing her tunneling probability to near 100 percent at will."[1]
    Kitty is a mutant with the ability to pass through solid matter by passing her atomic particles through the spaces between the atoms of the object through which she is moving. In this way she and the object through which she is passing can temporarily merge without interacting, and each is unharmed when Shadowcat has finished passing through the object. This process is called "phasing" or quantum tunneling and it renders her almost completely intangible to physical touch.[1] Shadowcat passes through objects at the same speed at which she is moving before she enters them. Since she is unable to breathe while inside an object, she can only continuously phase through solid objects (as when she travels underground) as long as she can hold her breath. However, contrary depictions of the duration of her phasing ability have been presented, such as when she has phased miles within an object. The use of her abilities also interferes with any electrical systems as she passes through by disrupting the flow of electrons from atom to atom, including the bio-electric systems of living bodies if she concentrates in the right way.[72] This typically causes machines to malfunction or be destroyed as she phases through them, and can induce shock and unconsciousness in living beings.

    Using her power began as an optional ability, but for a period (over ten years of published comics, approximately two years in-continuity) Kitty existed in a naturally "phased" state, and had to consciously choose to become solid. Kitty has returned to her original form and is normally solid and must choose to use her power.[73] While phasing, she does not physically walk on surfaces, but rather interacts with the molecules of air above them, allowing her to ascend and descend, causing her to seemingly walk on air. While phased, she is immune to most physical attacks, and has inconsistent showings of some resistance to telepathy. The density of some materials (such as adamantium) can prove deleterious to her phasing, causing her to be severely disoriented or experience pain if she tries to pass through them.[74] Some energy attacks also prove problematic for Kitty.     Kitty can also extend her powers to phase other people and objects. She is able to phase at least six other people (or objects of similar mass) with her, so long as they establish and maintain physical contact with her. She can extend her phasing effect to her own clothing or any other object with mass up to that of a small truck, as long as she remains in contact with it. Kitty can also make objects intangible by maintaining contact with them. She has threatened to leave people phased into a wall,[75] and used her power offensively to harm the Technarch Magus,[volume & issue needed] and Danger.[volume & issue needed]

    Kitty's powers seem to have increased over the years. During an X-Treme X-Men story arc in which she is kidnapped by Reverend William Stryker, she phases out of sync with Earth's rotation to move from one place in the world (only east or west) to another seemingly instantaneously.[volume & issue needed] At the climax of Astonishing X-Men, Kitty phases a 10 mi (16 km) long "bullet" composed of super-dense alien metals through the entire planet Earth. This feat caused her considerable strain, but she is unable to phase out of the bullet.[76] Moreover, originally Kitty found it difficult or impossible to phase only part of her body at a time. In the Days of Future Past story arc, she is possessed by her older future self, allowing her to solidify only her shoulder while phasing the rest of her body through Destiny—a feat explicitly beyond the 13-year-old Kitty's abilities.[77] By contrast, the Kitty Pryde of Joss Whedon's run can punch and kick someone standing on the other side of a wall, selectively phasing and unphasing body parts as necessary.[volume & issue needed] She can even run and leap through an armed opponent, grabbing their weapon as she passes by, which presumably requires her to solidify only the surface area of the palms of her hands and then immediately phase both her palms and the weapon.[volume & issue needed]

    Besides her mutant powers, Kitty is a genius in the field of applied technology and computer science. She is highly talented in the design and use of computer hardware. She is a skilled pilot of piston and jet engine aircraft, and a competent pilot of certain advanced interstellar vehicles. She has previously shown a unique ability to wield the Soulsword and also be harmed by it. Since her possession by the ninja demon Ogun, she has been consistently shown to be an excellent hand-to-hand combatant, having since been endowed with a lifetime of training in the martial arts of Japanese ninja and samurai.

    She is a professional-level dancer in both ballet and modern dance. She speaks fluent English, Japanese, Russian, and the royal and standard languages of the alien Shi'ar and Skrull, and has moderate expertise in Gaelic, Hebrew, and German.

    Kitty also shares a mental/empathic connection with her pet dragon Lockheed; both she and the alien dragon can "sense" each other's presence at times and generally understand one another's thoughts and actions.

    When Kitty used The Black Vortex her powers were augmented to a cosmic scale making her a god-like being.[volume & issue needed] She can phase through any material of any density and can even phase a planet out of Thane's amber, whereas in her normal state it is an extremely difficult task to simply phase herself out of the amber. She can also apparently transverse between the planes of the multiverse and is immune to the effects of space. Her appearance can be changed but her natural form appears to be rather gaseous in look.

    Nimrod concept (all stats based on 5 65):

    Signature ability:
    The time needed to gain an immunity is reduced by 1 (up to 2.5 based on signature level) seconds.
    All debuff potency is increased by 20% (up to 40% depending on signature level).

    Passive:
    Full robotics grants immunity to both bleed and poison.
    After 6 seconds under the effect of any debuff other than heal block, gain a one second immunity to that debuff. Each time this effect triggers for the same debuff, reduce the time needed to gain an immunity by 1 second. If it triggers 3 times with the same debuff, gain a permanent immunity persisting for the rest of the quest.
    After reaching an interval of 20% health, regenerate 8% of maximum health, triggering once per fight with each interval.
    Armour rating is increased by up to 2000 based on how low Nimrod's health is and attack rating is increased by up to 2000 based on how high the opponent's health is.

    Target detected:
    Nimrod can detect the kind of target it is facing and alter its abilities accordingly.
    Tech or metal champions:
    Gain immunity to power burn and drain effects.
    Mutant champions:
    reduce ability accuracy during the opponent's special attacks by 75%, 85% if the opponent is tagged as X-men. Additionally, mirror the opponent's active prowess effects during Nimrod's special attacks at 120% potency.
    Skill champions:
    Nimrod's debuffs can not be purified.
    Spider-verse champions:
    Reduce evade ability accuracy by 300%. Each time an evade is prevented, the hit that would have been evaded is a guaranteed crit and receives an additional 3000 critical damage rating.
    Mystic champions:
    Reduce the opponent's nullify ability accuracy by 85%.

    Heavy attacks:
    Inflict degeneration, dealing 6037 damage over 6 seconds.
    If the opponent is under the effect of a regeneration buff, the first hit inflicts heal block until the buff expires. If under the effect of a power gain buff, inflict a power lock until the buff expires.
    If no effect triggers the potency of the degeneration debuff is increased by 65%.

    Special attacks:
    The last hit of each special is unblockable, additionally the first hit has varying effects based on the opponent's buffs, each lasting 14 seconds and non-stacking.
    Armour up- Inflicts armour break, reducing armour rating by 2000.
    Regeneration or power gain- Inflicts petrify, reducing power gain and regeneration by 160%.
    Fury, precision or cruelty- Inflict ineptitude, reducing the potency of all fury, precision or cruelty buffs by 85%.
    If no effect is triggered, deal 120% additional energy damage and burn 40% power.

    Special one:
    Place a concussion debuff on the opponent for 12 seconds, reducing ability accuracy by 40%.

    Special two:
    Each hit inflicts incinerate, dealing 4089 damage over 7 seconds. If an immunity prevents this, deal shock instead at a 30% damage penalty. Additionally, reduce the opponent's defensive ability accuracy by 250% for the duration of this attack.

    Special three:
    If below 20% health, shrug off all heal block or petrify debuffs and regenerate 20% health over 10 seconds. This can be activated once per fight.

    When a bleed debuff is inflicted on the opponent, 15% (up to 45%) chance to inflict an additional one.

    Passive:
    Enhanced stamina grants immunity to exhaustion, fatigue and disorient debuffs.
    Heightened senses mean that medium and heavy attacks can not be evaded.
    If the opponent has no buffs active, gain plus 1600 attack rating and 30% combat power rate.
    For each bleed on the opponent, gain plus 80 attack and critical rating.
    The ability accuracy of the opponent's buffs can not be reduced.
    Cosmic champion's buffs gain plus 25% ability accuracy for their buffs.

    Ending a combo with a medium attack:
    Stagger the opponent for 11 seconds, nullifying the next buff triggered by the opponent. Each time this ability triggers, power steal 25% of the opponent's current power.

    Ending a combo with a light attack:
    Nullify one of the opponent's active buffs. Each time this ability triggers, power steal 15% of the opponent's current power.

    When an opponent's buff is nullified or prevented from triggering:
    Apply a permanent bleed on the opponent, dealing 40 direct damage every second and reducing the opponent's ability accuracy by 4%. Maximum of 25 bleeds on the opponent.

    Special attacks:
    Apply one permanent bleed to the opponent for each bar of power used, each with a 60% chance to trigger.

    Special one:
    Each hit life steals 40% of all damage done.

    Special two:
    Deal 5% additional energy damage for each bleed.
    4% chance per debuff on the opponent to apply a power bond debuff to the opponent for 12 seconds, reducing the opponent's power rate by 60% and allowing White Fox to gain 50% of the power prevented by power bond.

    Special three:
    Apply three fury buffs to the opponent, each increasing attack rating by 1.
