I used forums for the first time the other day after receiving notification of a 168 hour ban. I appreciate that you commented on my post and provided me the necessary means to contact the game team. I have sent in 3 tickets. But keep getting a bot response over and over. I have spend a great deal of time providing my information but can't seem to get traction. My concern is not the ban or the reimbursement of rewards I may have been excessively paid but the fact that I cannot access my two daily card purchases due to a ban/exploit . I seek clarity as to how I will be reimbursed. Any direction or assistance would be appreciated.
In addition if clarity can be provided around the term egregious use of an exploit would be helpful. You previously stated running a path a few times and getting extra rewards and running the shortest path 100+ Times.

If you literally ran the content exactly as you would have if you were unaware of the exploit, you might have a case. I would PM a mod. But I do not honor "how could they know" games and neither will they.
Separately, you're wrong about the legality of the situation. It really isn't worth rehashing those legal discussions, except to say you're not the first to question the legality of bans and revoking, denying, or otherwise blocking in-game rewards, even rewards purchased as part of general gameplay. Nobody wins those arguments. Well, nobody outside of China.
