I going to have to emit red hulk doesn’t become stronger when he gets angry but he can increase his heat

simple redhulk doesnt have to get hit and be at 20% health to do actual
damage ,few sp3s and he's ready for
some pretty good damage with double immunity, core part for domino's insane damage.so i'd say redhulk is far better then green hulk. green hulk only has some good damage at low health which can be outdamaged by most new champs and 1 immunity. green hulk is kinda irrelavant now except for 1*!!!
