Account advice about 5* R5, too many good options! Please help me decide

Thank you for stopping by! This is going to be long winded so my apologies!

Ive been stockpiling resources for a while now and will be able to rank 5 possibly 2 champs, depending upon their current rank. As you can see Ive been lucky will my pulls, I've also been grinding pretty hard. How would you approach the progression of this account? I do have a 5* generic awake gem ready, 2 mystic class gems and 2 science class gems.

My main goals right now in order of importance are completing act 6, fully exploring all the variants, uncollected event quests, AQ and AW. Some notes and thoughts of mine

- Not running suicides and probably won’t for a while, although I plan to eventually.
-I’m not sure I’m in love with the omega red play style having to stay so close all the time, I imagine this will change with a higher sig as mine is only level 50.
-I love Corvus, but Im’ very concerned with his damage output for 100k + health pools as I don’t have the patience to let him re-charge. Can Corvus handle the higher health pools without suicides?
- I’ve found captain marvel movie very useful, but think I’ll maybe wait to rank 5 her until I get Fury. Her binary just burns off too quickly without him.
- I do need a skill champ to insure captain America infinite wars debuff shrugging. I could probably get Aegon to around level 60 sig If I chose to take him to r5. However I also just pulled gully 2099 so I now have that debate. I do have a 2-3 and 3-4 gem ready to go for either her or stark spider.
- symbiote supreme vs Claire voyant! I’ve read every thread and the jury is still out for me. I have a 2-3 and 3-4 rank up gem ready to roll. My gut says take symbiote. I have a class awake gem ready for whoever I choose.

The one thing that I’m absolutely sure of is that Colossus with the Omega red synergy is an absolute monster. I took down ROL winter solider in 100 hits with a rank 3 colossus. At the top of my priorities are getting him to rank 4 and then rank 5, but how soon should that come with all my other options? Thank you for your thoughts

I should also add that I have not completed LOL yet, which makes Aegon an even more tempting option. Not to mention his utility for act 6.

Act 5 is fully explored

I have CMM at R5 without NF as a 5* and while she doesn’t get that much action in Act 6 I use her every day in AQ with my 4* NF. She also has very high prestige which will become more and more important as you climb the ranks to get into higher tiers of alliance.

Sentinel is worthy of R4 unawakened IMO, he’s another I took to R5, one of the most underrated champs IMO. He’s an absolute cheat code for V3, amazing in V2 as well.

Colossus isn’t a bad choice for R5 IMO. His immunities are crazy and the deeper you go the more stupid Havoks you face.

Thanks. I’ll likely take sentinel to atleast rank 3 and play around with him in variant. Probably use my 2-3 and 3-4 gem on gully 2099 though, team her up with aegon when I finally do LOL and abyss.

I know people may call me crazy but in my book colossus is a top 10 champ in the game, especially with the right synergies. Some of the ROL speed runs I’ve seen are very impressive.

have you considered R5 blade?

Def have considered taking blade up. Just kind of feel aegon will have more longevity and utility in the meta of the game moving forward. Certainly haven’t ruled out ranking blade though.
