Blade not regenerating

I just recently used blade and he was not regen when i hold block

    Against AQ Thanos (prevents Regen) or any other node or champ that has Heal Block or Reduced Ability accuracy ??? Or you were too high of Health still (his Regen only once you get below certain % health ???

    Better description of problem would give better reply from community.

    Reset the game and is working fine now
