Perfect block synergies

Hi high I'm doing chapter 3 story and I wanted some help knowing who's got the Best perfect block synergy or sick on their own?thanks!

    P.B. Synergy there is some combination of Guardians/Galaxy that will give you an 8 count of P.B.’s. And just scale it down from there depending how many non-PB champs you need to include on the team to do the actual fighting.

    BUT, Perfect Block really doesn’t amount to very much of anything in my opinion. Much better to have higher Block Proficiency (from Individual champs and/or Mastery) as that lowers the damage from ALL Blocks (not just the small % of Blocks that are by chance declared to be a Perfect one).

    (not referencing this on any specific needs of individual content or quests, just in general).

    Captain America (all 3) and Daredevil (both) have very high block proficiency, as does Taskmaster

    I don't think you can rely that much on Perfect Block since the chance for it to proc is extremely low unless you have Sunspot who perfect blocks whenever he parries in exchange of the opponent's incinerate debuff.

    Act 4 is pretty doable with just parry and dexterity in your arsenal.
