Arena Connection Issues

Excuse my frustration but this is absolutely ridiculous. I lose one fight legitimately and then on my final fight which was a 4/40 four star champion against a three star champion (so I clearly would have won), I get stuck on the loading screen for TWENTY MINUTES before finally I have to try quitting and restarting the game. Then, when I do that, the game counts that match that I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CHANCE TO PLAY as a loss. I've lost my streak TWICE because of this. I am really, really not happy right now about this; I've been grinding really hard to get Dormammu and this is so incredibly frustrating when my hard work gets shot down multiple times because of the algorithm Kabam has for matchups that get stuck at the loading screen. Please, PLEASE fix this.

I'm having same issue's lost my streak due to sudden crashing so I switched to play on different divice then my champs started auto fighting in arena so I just logged off completely I hope they fix this soon.

This is a legitimate problem. It's not just in arena. Virtually ANY time you have a signal drop prior to a match starting, you the player pay the price. In AQ, AW, or any solo quest you come back to half your life bar being gone despite never entering the match. In arena it counts as an automatic loss. You could have won the match, doesn't matter. If the signal drops before it registers that the match was won, you automatically lose. Pretty sure anyone who's experienced this nonsense will agree, it needs to be fixed. If anything it should automatically reset the match, giving the player another shot at winning. It's equally frustrating to lose your streak as it is to have to use Alliance health pots to get your champ back to 100%. Those pots and revives are not cheap at all. Considering the ever present block, evade, and parry issues, this is just extra kick in the player's nads. For some odd reason I cannot tag a mod to get any type of reply. What say you players and mods? Why is this constantly brought up but NEVER addressed? For arena grinders this is the bane of your grind. Please, this NEEDS to be addressed and rectified.

I should also add that I was connected to my home wifi while I was arena grinding and wasn't in any area where the connection was shoddy, so this has got to be a server issue of sorts.
