March Ban Wave

This morning I woke up to a 168 hour ban for a ToS violation. I wont go into the whole I did nothing wrong speech but I have never violated the ToS in any way.

Support keep shutting my tickets down with the 'there are lots of people reporting this issue' autoresponse.

Can any of the mods on here get someone to manually review my account please as there is 0 reason I should be banned. I'm an end game player in an active alliance who has worked hard and spent moderately to clear all the content I have cleared.

Im currently working though Varient 2.3 to fully explore the quest using thing, champion, Angela and hela and heimdall.

I have added a second gmail account to my phone but never signed up to mcoc or kabam with this account and never logged in with it.

I have not, piloted, modded, purchased dodgy units, shared. Refund requested or anything else I can think of and would appreciate some help getting support to manually review my account rather than just closing my tickets down.

    A likely story. The thing with these bans, is that they are very accurate. I can only name 2 times in 5 years when an innocent person was banned. And I don't you'll be number 3.

    As long as I can get a manual review of the account I'm happy with any response I get here. I'm certain of my innocence. Although I'd imagine if the metrics they use for this have incorrectly banned me it must have happened to others too. It's a 168hr ban. In your opinion could adding a second gmail account to a phone cause this, it's the only thing I've done differently in 4 years. I created myself a secondary gmail to use on youtube but never signed up to mcoc or into mcoc with it so assume kabam would have no sight of this account as it only resides on my phone.

    It's not that either as I dont emulate, I'm well aware of what can and cant be done. I play on a galaxy S9

    We don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and we're unable to review account-specific activity. Therefore, I recommend reaching back out to our Support Team so they can address any concerns you have.
