Wolverine X23 now has increased recovery time after sp1

Hello!
Just wanted to bring to your attention a new issue since the most recent update. There is now an increased recovery time after x23's sp1 that makes it very difficult (but not impossible) to punish when playing on offense. Attacks just whiff if you try to attack in as she finishes the kick animation. Please see video below:

Shehulk has it after sp1 aswell.
It's a design and animations mechanic.
Personally I have never missed a sp1 intercept on both these champs.
