Buff namor and cull back how they were

Why did they nerf them, because they got good luck on a good pull? If you nerf someone because they are to good if anyone is to good it is doom. Don't nerf doom but that is an example.

They never used the word "NERF" because the rebalances simply were not nerfs.
Cull Obsidian is arguably better than he ever was - making him much more viable in the early portion of a quest,
and Namor is almost identical to how he used to be - and works exactly the same in any fight you should actually be using Namor in.
