I cannot choose the rank up gem I want to use

I wanted to rank 4 my 5 stars Loki. I have two rank-up gems (3-->4):
a mystik one, and a 2016 mystik one.


Obviously, I want to use the 2016 gem and keep the normal one for a better champ. However, the game doesn't give me the choice and wants me to use the normal gem. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks

    See other same posts. Have to contact Kabam (open a Support Ticket) and request that they apply the right one directly from their server-side system for you.
