Unexplainable damage back from massacre in act 6.4.4

Act 6.4.4 cap marvel boss icarus path

So I have no idea what's going on here, massacre on icarus path is killing me from hitting him or parry or pretty much anything. I'm using incinerate immune champs and taking massive energy damage back like I'm fighting some insane electro.

Did the previous 5 champs leading up to him with same champs and zero issues

I have video but can't attach it as its wrong file type apparently...

    No, you could bring a champ who shrugs off the incinerate but isn’t immune such as ghost or just take the incin, it doesn’t hit that hard, willpower completely covers 3-4 stacks

    Don't have a decent ghost, don't matter now. Just used all my stash of pots to struggle through it.
