How is Yondu as an AW Defender?.

So, I was lucky enough to pull Yondu yesterday from Ravager Crystal. And then turned around and duped him today from the same crystal.

I've always found him rather difficult to contend with. Never knowing exactly when that arrow is gonna break thru ur block. Or even when its coming sometimes.

But I noticed Seatin only ranked Yondu as "Good" for AW Defense. Only one step up from "Meh".

Sure thought he'd be better than that. Anyone have any stories about Yondu in AW Defense?

    He's good on sp2 nodes, doesnt have to be unblockable. So far, in t2 war, he has always gotten a kill, sometimes even more

    Seatin is ranked meh, tbqh.

    Yondu works pretty well for me on defense. Good synergy w nightcrawler as well.

    He was good on enhanced bleed until I learned to make him come out me with a medium so I could parry him instead of taking those light arrow attacks that can't be parried

    I use on crit nodes and he gets at least a kill each war, unduped.

    He is decent in lower tier on a few nodes because of his bleed through block but in higher tier where intercepting is a common skill among players yondu is childs play. His sp2 looks hard to evade but it is actually pretty easy

    Who knows now that AW is changing. Prior he had a few nodes he was decent on.

    I hate fighting him. He bypasses block and inflicts bleed even if you play perfect.

    Power start 2 nodes. He does a **** ton of damage through block

    He is extremely good on unblockable L2 nodes, and good on pretty much any other node. It's the fact that his arrow can penetrate your block and cause strong bleed on you. Many people in war would prefer to parry rather than intercept as it is less riskier, but since parrying Yondu usually fails because of his arrow, they are forced to intercept or take huge bleed damage.

    As for being on unblockable L2, his special is easy to dodge, but you will be forced to block the last 3 strikes. His L2 has high block penetration, so it is as if you pretty much ate the rest of his special 2's damage even though you block it. That's a lot of damage, which is why he is really good on that node (and the other power start 2 node too)
