    Invisible Woman
    Luke Cage is a beast and a tank, and requires little thought in using him. But Invisible Woman has higher damage output but requires skill. Depends on what you need done really.

    I have Invisible Woman and she does have slightly higher Base Attack Damage but has little to no Armor Buffs besides Invisibility. If you like to back target opponents into their corner while quickly causing as much Burst Damage as possible then Luke Cage would offer the best Abilities for Raw Damage. Invisible Woman benefits from Parry and Dexterity towards extending her Invisibility to its longest duration as possible. If you enjoy playing more strategically then I'd suggest Invisible Woman.
