Summoner Advancement 5000 pt 4*

Says in the Summoner advancement event you get 5000 points for opening a 4-star Crystal, you don't.

Was it a 4 star crystal or a 4 star shard crystal? How much did you get?

In the points section it states "Open a 4* Hero Crystal" Not sure how many points you actually get. I opened 3 and I was still under 9000 points

It has to be a full 4* for that which goes to the standard crystals tab, shard crystals are separate

As others have asked, was it a full 4* crystal or a 4* crystal that was formed by collecting 2000 4* crystal shards?

The crystal formed by collecting crystal shards is technically called a "4* Crystal Shard Crystal" and not a "4* Crystal". Shard crystals give fewer points than regular crystals.

He already showed the screen caps of the FULL 4* Crystals he was opening.

Frankly, the 5000 point value is stuck in the past, it is a relic of when they used to be super rare. So maybe they have adjusted the points internally now (and MAYBE ??) added Full 5* Crystals, and 6* Feature Shard ones, to the points also. And just forgot to Revise the Points Listing in “Event Rules” (?)
