you literally get a month to remember to claim them. if you play regularly you should know what items are in your stash
He means that say you have some Boosts or Revives/Heals expiring out of stash within the next 10 minutes or so. And so you go into a hard quest and apply the boost right away, or lose some health and so use some of the Heals, etc, while still in the quest.
If you forget to immediately exit the quest, go to stash, and move those items (which you’ve just used) back into regular inventory, they would end up expiring from stash instead because you continued playing the quest instead of moving them over.
All these items (Boosts, Refills, Potions, and even excess SigStones, Awake Gems, and CATS) should always AUTO-CLAIM (from Stash to Inventory) whenever you use them. Only thing that shouldn’t would be ISO, since there is only a single bucket for them and you may want to claim different Classes or strengths of ISO.
