Negative balance error by Kabam and unruly customer service!

I had about 900 units and one fine day I got a message while playing and boom my units went to negative 158k balance. Have contacted Kabam support twice (Case # 05437417 & Case # 05435456) and both were closed without any discussion by just saying your spent $ were refunded and the December payments were refunded by our payment channel in April. Kabam now wants $1,500 worth of purchase to get my credit balance 0 out and allow me to make any further purchase.
I told them multiple times, nothing is refunded back to my credit card and it must be an error from their side or their payment processing side but all fell into deaf years.
I have spent so much on this damn game and have never ever refunded anything so not getting a resolution for an error but a blatant response is so annoying. Also they simply close the case without contacting the customer. Seems like they are trying to just meet the SLA.
Kabam needs to be more vigilant and not say FU, we don't care even if you ar genuine player and who have spent lot on us over last 3 years.
This error on either Kabam part or payment processing vendor part shouldn't cost me and Kabam is just losing business my not allowing me any purchase.
If I had to do a refund, I would have asked for entire spent amount as refund and not just one portion of it.
I hope KabamMike is listening and will take a deep dive into the issue or else they are going to lose a game spender with no fault of his.
