Possible bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
I need help resolving an issue, I recently signed into an old account of mine and went to complete the new monthly event quest on uncollected difficulty, however, it is locked and says I need to have completed act 5 chapter 2 and be level 40. My account is level 60 and I have completed everything up to act 6 chapter 3. Can someone help me with this?

    Are you saying your old account has already achieved “Uncollected” status ?
    If so, take a look and see if you still have the TITLE for “Uncollected”.

    If no title, then as other responder said, they may have taken it away from you if they detected cheating in any way (shared acct, used PC emulator, or anything else that violates Terms of Service agreement).
