Require clarification on AW result numbers

We were facing an alliance with 29 members. Both alliance have cleared 100%. But for attck kills we are having only 135 number instead of 145? How?

You still get attack bonus for all 150. They probably had 2 people not placed, but join just for attack

They beat you in Attack Bonus, just marginally in terms of Points. As Crumb pointed out, someone likely joined for Attack, and took down your Nodes.

This is a strategy that's been around, trying to minimize the points your opponent can get. If your alliance is good enough, you can clear with less deaths and full exploration, therefore more points than your opponent. Doesn't always work, but it is effective in some cases.

That hasn’t been possible in at least a year, any empty node gives the attacker full attack bonus. Not placing defender can only be a handicap now.

Agree with “Dancing's” reply to you. This is INCORRECT thinking. All that NOT placing some defenders means is that the attacking team gets FULL ATTACK BONUS on those empty nodes without even having to fight and potentially lose a little health.

As others said too, only had 27 ppl place defense, and then 2 of those missing came in later just during Attack phase.
