Should i use a Tech AG on Warlock?

I have this tech AG waiting, but no one really needs it except Darkhawk (but i don't use him because he requires too much commitment) so i was thinking on using it on Warlock? Should i use it? Or should i save it for Hulkbuster with his buff?

    Save the gem. Warlock don't need awakening. I'd wait and see if HB is as good as his beta depiction before using the gem. Things can change
