    Not unduped, no. He's pretty good unduped but nowhere near the crazy levels you'd require to take some to R3.

    Yes, he is a great option!
    Before you decide, try him with the Heimdall/Hela or Heimdall/Angela synergy. He can get a permanent fury buff and after enough tactical charges will go unblockable. Some of the benefits of being duped without being duped.
