Warning Prompt Before Starting AQ Without Modifiers Selected

I’ve noticed, from time to time, people will move to start a new alliance quest only to mistakenly bypass the modifier selection screen. Is there a way to simply warn the person that they have yet to select a modifier prior to starting and forfeiting those points for the team? It would be nice not to make the whole group suffer for the occasional oops. That can be a lot of pressure for someone.

Oooor you could ask the officers/leader to pay more attention to AQ startups.
