Mr. Sinister and Psylocke should both be yellow mark pulls, Mr. sinister straight out as a rank 1 six-star can solo the final boss of 6.4, being immune to reverse controls alone is enough utility to make him usable in a few situations and Psylocke was one of my first 6 stars and while definitely not one of the best had some really good uses in the first variant and other bits of content here and there once I learned to use her. She's actually quite good and in my opinion a little underrated. You'll likely get at least some use from both champions if you happen to pull them.
