Kabam Customer Support Incursions Daily Challenge Bug

Kabam, your customer support is legitimately terrible.

I have sent 4 seperate tickets now regarding my 10 units I want refunded, just to be sent the exact same generic email each time.

Issue:

I had 2 incursion daily objectives, clear 3 rooms in incursion 6 and clear 3 rooms in incursions 7.
Due to the objectives not completing despite me clearly plenty of rooms, Kabam sent a generic email suggesting I reroll them.

I rerolled the incursion 6 one for free as intended, however when I went to reroll the incursion 7 one it cost me 10 units.

I want a refund.

More to the point, if the incursion objectives are bugged, why are they still obtainable as I obtained a incursion 7 one today?!

    You can re-roll 1 Daily Objective for free EACH “DAY” (any one, but just one, for Free).
    First time shows no cost.
    If you attempt a 2nd time (or 2nd Objective) however, it clearly shows that it will cost 10 Units.

    No need to have changed the 2nd one on that same day.

    And even if you do a re-roll that also gives another Incursion (like it went from a Zone 6 Objective to a Zone 7 Objective), you can change that very same one for free the very next day again.

    That's interesting, my understanding was 1 free reroll per objective. This makes things much easier, thankyou.

    Though I still stand by saying Kabam has terrible customer service.

    Is the incursion objective still bugged? So if you complete the right rooms you won't get rewarded?

    Maybe Kabam can give you some units in this months calendar to offset your terrible loss.

    I still don’t understand the basis for your contacting Customer Support to get your 10 Units back though.

    Even though the Zone Objectives have been bugged since day 1, there was no requirement to spend the Units to re-roll a 2nd time that day.

    At worst, if you eventually lost out on a 4th stacked Objective because most every new one, and every re-roll, seemed to continue to give “bugged” ones, and if some eventually became lost because you can’t get 4 Daily Ones to stack up (Max is 3 it looks like), then you could petition to be given the Objective Crystal reward for however many Objectives ended up being lost.

    Or maybe they can increase how many can be stacked up each day, and eventually when they fix the Zone Objective bug you’ll be able to start claiming them.
