Drop tier in off season in tier 5

in Bugs and Known Issues
Our alliance was in tier 5 after the season end and we fought 1 war and lost, we drop to tier 6.
Anyone know why this happen ?

    Your War Rating might not have changed, being in Tier-5. But some alliances just across the border in Tier-6 do get somewhat of a a +/- for Win/Loss, and so those that won could have potentially moved up above you. And if you were close enough on the low end of T-5 to begin with might have been pushed down to T-6 as those T-6 teams moved in front of you.

    Its a shame. As people below you can catch up slowly. Even if you win in t5 and get +0 rating, the t6 team winning and getting +22 can creep ahead of you moving you into t6.
