Not gonna spend single penny until is solved

Hey Kabam
Well I’m writing you again with my same issue game is not working well at all it lags completely and it happens especially when I’m closer to enemies or when I’m gonna hit them before I react anything game lags and defenders can hit me and I’m finished I tried all what support said me to do reset my phone reinstalling game and after they said there’s any file corrupt in game installation but point is I always install MCOC from Apple Store and Update from Apple store so how can always a file is corrupted?

Now it’s extremely disturbing it’s been now more then a year and around 8-10 tickets I sent till now and my case is still not solved

I’m going to stop spending any kind of money until my case is solved and I can play a normal and smooth game last month I spent a lot but now on not even single cent until my issue is resolved
There’s nothing fault in my mobile or network it’s just your game I tried to play on other devices but same issue
I’m not gonna renew my summoner sigil and units abonament or buy anymore units and if this really continues like this I will have no other way then quitting this game I know this doesn’t bother you but also know that I spend money in this game already Crystals luck is really really bothering and frustrating and when game doesn’t work well it’s the End

I get KO at places where I can’t even imagine I started feeling ashame of my playing when in Alliance Quest I die at most easy fights and reason is game lags or game gets slow it’s too much frustrating now

    If it’s been that long, have you thought it might be your connection? Or your device. Not trolling just making sure. I experience lag too, when I play on my older outdated device, or when my connection is terrible (wifi or cell network). When I play on my newer device I don’t experience any issues at all unless it’s a known issue. I would maybe try and full reset of your device to wipe anything that could maybe be causing the issue. If you have too many program running it will also slow your processing speed down.

    I have very stable LTE German network 100mb per second
    I play other games even they’re heavier then MCOC but they run pretty well I uninstalled them all and then tried but same issue

    Hey Markhoor, I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing lag and I understand it can be frustrating when the game doesn't perform in the way you expect.

    There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause lag to occur. However, we're always reviewing any reports we receive and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
