Champions with Cape

Almost all the champs with a cape on, when they die, their cape doesnt rest on the floor instead they remain stiff as if starched.

    It's probably a animation decision to make it easier to make Champions have capes.
    Capes are annoying as hell to animate if they are gonna have several positions.
