Hi all,

Do you all encounter having to give the details of the below when an in game resources used need to be reversed?

The game screwed up my phone touch screen. It always tab on its own on the right side of the screen in and out of the game and it did it again consecutively which resulted in me having purchased an useless resource.

Answering all these question is absurd!

What was the original player name of your account? Write this name exactly as it appeared in the game.
What were your first two real-money purchases? Include the dates (yyyy-mm-dd) and the amounts of real money you spent on iTunes or Google.
Did you ever attach a Kabam ID to your account, and what was the original email address that was linked to your account? Write the exact email address you attached to your account as a Kabam ID
What country, province, state, or city were you in when you created your account?
What is the creation date of your account? Estimate the date (yyyy-mm-dd) of when you created your account in the game

Do you want your account to be secure or easy to be hacked?

Do I need to remember the first two purchases I made 4 years ago to keep my account secure? The rest I understand, but that question is stupid.

You can go back through your Apple AppStore or Google Play purchase history (should even tell you when you first installed game, as well as purchases).

Only problem is if switched device platforms (Google to Apple, or visa versa, and got rid of access to the other platform's account).

I agree that the security questions are too strict. If we needed to know this info kabam should have stated from the start that this info would be required for any account problems. The. I would have wrote it down and saved this type of stuff. When I first downloaded the game it sat on my phone until I felt like giving it a try. I have no idea what my start date was. I also didn't use gamecenter because I am new to gaming and this is the one and only game I've played in decades. Sega Genesis was the last gaming console I owned. I had no idea this kind of info would be necessary year's later if I accidentally click on a popup that appears out of nowhere.

I don’t think you actually have to had used Game Center.

Just your standard Google/Apple Account, which is required in order to Download an App, or make an in-app Purchase.

I don’t have my game linked to GameCenter (don’t even have GameCenter activated), but am able to see original install date and all Purchases just going thru AppStore History.
