So guys, I hear a lot of players complaining about getting kicked from their alliances....in the end of the season and just before the season rewards out.....so I came up with a suggestion which can help players with some terms and conditions in my opinion.....
1). If a player has participated in the war during season ....More than 5 times DURING PRESENT(ongoing) SEASON...then He can claim a SPECIAL WAR TICKET.
2). Special war ticket can be found in Special objectives stash during season.
3).SO special war ticket will give you access to get the season rewards in case you get kicked by mistake or by any of the officers or alliance leader.
4). Either you can claim the rewards at the cost of ticket or after claiming the rewards , Tickets can be vanished by Kabam.
Thats it guys....This is a simple plan , This issue is not that great but it can Demotivate a player after getting kicked....soooo.... Yaa... This is my thinking but I know every medicine has its side effects...so guys share your thoughts on this topic.....and one more thing....

Actually, all Kabam would need to do is take a few minutes after AQ, AW, and SA each ends, and take a DIGITAL SNAPSHOT of all the Alliances and their Membership.
Maybe if that process would take up to 5 minutes or so they could temporarily disable leaving/joining for that very short time.
But then, once snapshot is taken, people could be free to move around even while the rewards may take many hours (or a day) to be sent out, BASED ON THE ALLIANCE YOU WERE IN ACCORDING TO THE SNAPSHOT.
(I know there are several other smaller Alliance Events, 1-day and 3-day), but at least the 7-day SA plus AQ/AW would cover the most important reward stuff.
