Crystal shards always gives you shards. They have iron fist in them but the chance of getting him is 0%. Can this be changed??

    Are you talking about Immortal iron fist?
    I think his rate is close to punisher's drop rate from arena crystals. He can drop from them, it's just very rare. It certainly isn't 0%, as you hazardously claim without proof.

    The chance is not 0% and you can actually get him from that crystal
