Effect of power index

Naive question: If the signature ability has no green value, is there any benefit to increasing signature level and power index with signature stones?

    I think there is always at least “some” variable value based on Sig Level.

    But, yes, if the important thing you are looking for is just dependent on being awakened or not, but not how high of Sig Level, then yes there are some champs that Sig Level isn’t really important.

    Which champ are you not seeing a variable value ?
