Duel tokens

What's the use of these? Once I run out of the 5 granted daily, it says I can use units to Continue
Is there any way of actually use these?

    5 Free Duels (per day).
    5 Duels using Tokens from INVENTORY (max allowed in Inventory).
    Then go Claim more Tokens from Stash, and can do another 5 using Tokens.

    Have to keep cycling more Tokens from Stash to Inventory (so long as you have more available) as you use up the 5 Tokens from Inventory.

    Before actually starting the Duel, it will be apparent as to whether it will use a Token (tribal mask icon) or Units.
