I can't log into my account

Every single time I open the game it takes me to this screen. I've been playing for about four years and put in a lot of work and hours to get to where my account where it currently is just to be screwed like this.

You need to LOGIN to your existing game account.

That screen is acting like you made a brand new account, or started on a new device and didn’t use your prior login.

That's the thing. I'm using the same device and doing everything the way I normally do and it still keeps doing this

Are you actually logging in (with an email/password), or are you letting the game default to whatever initial account was made on that original device (without being logged in) ?

And/or, any changes to GameCenter or such ?

Then either 2 cases, you either never did create/attach a Kabam ID Login to you game account (and it’s just been using “default” all this time), and maybe now you have actually made a Login Kabam ID but did not actually assign it to your old game account (so it's acting like brand new account). If so, go to settings in game and say LOGOUT. (See Kabam help topics about attaching an ID the correct way to existing game account).

Or you did attach a Login Kabam ID, and for some reason it got logged out (if you have the email/password, go into settings within game and manually Login from there).

Do you know if this will overwrite my current account by doing this.

All of the account data is stored on Kabam servers, just a matter of you being able to access that account.

What step were you at for that ?

I completed the tutorial and then went to the login in the settings
