    I meant champs currently not RELEASED for the last option. I have void and cap IW at max sig already. Just thinking if another super OP is released in the future

    If you want to rank 5 torch then go with torch.But dvaing it for CAP IW and void is also worth saving.Not to mention keep svain gthosr sig stones as well.
