Domino, but they both do different things.

Domino has that raw damage, lumber counter and I suppose with her full synergy she’s very good for limiting the power you give opponent through her heavies and the extra damage off incinerate.

Stealth has his slow debuff and from what I’ve seen his damage is pretty mad, though I believe he needs high sig for that - mine is unawakened so I don’t have a max sig to compare.

Both are good, but I'd also choose Domino first. I think she has more utility in general. Nothing against stealthy i have a r2 6star i use daily.

Depends on what point in the game you are at. If you are working on content approximately 6.2 and older, Domino is probably the better choice because she has such high damage and can blitz through everything, but anything past 6.2 stealthy is probably better due to having more utility like slow which is super useful for things like 6.4.5 boss.
