Black widow deadly origins animations

Haven't you guys noticed how stupid the new black widow's animations are?
She recovers faster from heavy and special attacks then almost any other hero. I mean there's a window to hit her, but it's way shorter than usual. Her double medium attacks are also so slow and bad animated, that it's hard to evade her light attacks after medium ones.
Am I just a bad player or are her animations designed in a really stupid way?

    She's a really fast paced character, that's why. She's kinda like the shock version of Gwenpool.

    Her attacks can be punished. I've been able to sufficiently punish her heavy (although I agree the window is shorter than most champs but you can still do it), sp1 n 2, plus her basic ones.
    It's just you.
