realistically the answer is both.

You’ve pumped a bunch of sig stones it would seem into Namor already so may want to do him first.

But I have a 6* sunspot as my only r2 6* and dude hits like a truck. Plus the PB utility he has I find super useful. Along with the fact he is a little though of regen counter if your run despair.
