    Several weeks ago.
    Either you didn’t meet the qualifications to get season rewards, or you didn’t login for a while and the mail reward (which would eventually only be available in stash after initial mail msg expired) had also expired from stash by that time too.
    Or you misunderstood in thinking the 2 weeks after season 17 was actually a 2 week OFF-SEASON (as normal, no cumulative rewards for those 2 weeks) that was before current Season 18 had started.
