4* mutant awakening Gem

Currently I have unduped 4* versions of colossus, X-23, Storm, Gambit and Nightcrawler.
Is X-23 worth using the gem in or should I wait until I roll a wolverine, Rogue, or Archangel? (In theory I coudk also show my x-23 in the basic arena coming up, but I am still a new player and may not be able to do it)
