Too many mystics/Time to restart?

4* mutant awakening Gem
Currently I have unduped 4* versions of colossus, X-23, Storm, Gambit and Nightcrawler. Is X-23 worth using the gem in or should I wait until I roll a wolverine, Rogue, or Archangel? (In theory I coudk also show my x-23 in the basic arena coming up, but I am still a new player and may not be able to do it)

Upgrading a roster/masteries to maximize arena scores
I'm just entering the intermediate bracket and want to build a roster to be able to grind the basic 3/4 arena in a ouzel of months when GP, CA WW2, and a lot of other 4 star heroes are available.
