Missing items from quest crystals

Hi,
Not sure if this is the correct place for this- not a major issue but quite annoying.

Just opened 22 quest crystals, and in the 1st 10 I received a small energy boost, the second 10 I received another one and the last two opened a final one

When going to my inventory only one is showing.
Im pretty certain it happened before a couple of weeks ago, so did pay attention and it has happened again.

Is this a know bug?

    Oh, and I did try closing and reopening the game

    If opening multiple sets of 10's (or spinning over and over to do multiple), what shows up as “opened” is a cumulative of all the openings.

    So the 1 you see from the 2nd set is the same one as originally opened, thus you see it again when opening last 2 as well.

    And, FYI, as another thing of note, opening many of the Quest Crystals, SigStone Crystals, or etc. Will often times show you a much higher “count” on items opened than were actually opened. (That is not what happened to you above, but fyi, in case you see that some other time).
    Such as opening 50 of the 4-hour Free Crystals, and having it actually show you that you pulled 98 Heal Potions (which is obviously wrong, more items that # of crystals you actually opened).
