I got KOed but didnt lose health

I was fighting Wolvie on 4.3.6 and I used my 4*agent venom. Wolvie got me with the bleeds then when i was going to use my next champ Agent Venom still had the starting 4k health i had at the begining of the fight.

Same thing happened to me against master mode kingpin. Free 50% revive on my SL
