Tips of the Health Bar Background are Missing

Has anyone else noticed that the black background of the health bars is missing on the tips that are near the middle of the screen? Once you or the enemy have taken some damage you're able to see the stages background right through the health bars. Not a big deal but can be a little distracting at times.
