This is just a question as I have had champions that have the damage and hp but hero rating is low so I what to know if you think hero rating matters more than the hp and dps when you go into quests

Have you seen Realm of Legends. Or Lab? Or even Abyss?
If Hero Rating mattered none of those would have been completed.
Even in Act 5, which is able to be done with 4*, some of the quests have a recommended Hero Rating higher than what you would find with 4* champs.
Hero rating itself means little in terms of questing as a solo player.
