Anyone else having this problem.

I did 100% of the event quest just before the emergency maintenance. Finished tigra and coming to the victory screen the game locked me out. I never got my shards

anyone else had this problem?

You sure you didn't got any rewards? The after screen would just be an extra animation, you should had got the rewards either way
