Please add a pre-AQ enlistment feature

Can we please get a feature added that allows the Leader and Officers to pre-enlist the alliance for the next AQ, similar to what is already available for war. It is a pain to wait until the last AQ has finished, and the lag time before you can start a new quest, just to get the next round of AQ underway. Why can’t we be given the option to have all our choices for number of BGs, Map level and mods selection made ahead of time and the system just loads the next AQ as soon as it is available?
